Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This offer is open to existing solicitor clients of Prosperity Insurance who refer a new solicitor or law firm not currently engaged with Prosperity Insurance for ATE or conveyancing indemnity insurance services.
2. Referral Process
   To qualify, the referrer must introduce the referred solicitor or firm directly to a Prosperity Insurance representative by email, phone, or in person, clearly identifying the referral before any engagement begins.
3. Reward Criteria
   The £100 Amazon voucher will be issued once the referred solicitor or firm successfully completes onboarding and purchases a qualifying ATE or conveyancing indemnity policy through Prosperity Insurance.
4. Reward Limitations
   Only one £100 voucher will be awarded per new firm referred. If multiple referrers introduce the same contact, only the first eligible introduction (as timestamped by Prosperity Insurance) will be rewarded.
5. Reward Delivery
   Vouchers will be issued digitally within 30 days of the qualifying policy purchase by the referred party. No cash alternative is available.
6. Right to Withdraw
   Prosperity Insurance reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice, or to decline a reward where abuse or non-compliance is suspected.
7. Data Protection
   All personal data provided in connection with the referral will be handled in accordance with Prosperity Insurance’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
