Let’s meet Sana Tahir, our Insurance Paralegal at Prosperity Insurance
Sana started her legal career by studying for a law degree at the University of Salford, achieving a 2:1. She then completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC LLM) at the University of Law.
She has gained a lot of legal experience – firstly, as a Litigation Executive at Horwich Farrelly and then as a Paralegal at Eversheds Sutherland. Back in September this year, she joined Prosperity Insurance as our Insurance Paralegal.
Our services
Sana focuses on many things in her role, including after the event (ATE) policies, executor liability insurance and conveyancing indemnity policies, where she works with Darren Parfitt and Mark Rayner our Business Development Managers.
Our Conveyancing policies indemnify clients against a multitude of risks during the conveyancing process. While Darren and Mark focus on introducing clients to these products, Sana concentrates on the legal aspects of drafting and managing the policies.
On top of drafting policies, Sana uses her legal expertise to research specific areas of law and ensure indemnity requests for ATE and indemnity products are dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Our ATE services include housing repair, road traffic accidents, clinical negligence, commercial, bankruptcy and more.
She also keeps our policy portal up to date, where clients can purchase and review their indemnity policies.

Supporting our clients
Sana takes pride in helping clients, communicating with them, and learning new aspects of law. She enjoys researching commercial and bespoke ATE policies as these are often complex and enable her to develop her legal expertise.
The future
Sana aspires to qualify as a solicitor one day. She keeps herself updated with key developments within the financial markets and business world, refining her commercial awareness constantly. This prevails in her life outside of work, where she takes pleasure investing in the markets.
She also has a creative streak that counterbalances this analytical approach. Sana is a henna artist in her spare time.
