Prosperity Insurance launches New Build indemnity policies
Fresh off the back of the launch of our brand new range of commercial conveyancing indemnities, our expert team have responded to client demand with a brand new selection of new build conveyancing indemnities. The addition of three new products takes our total product count to 44 different insurance products in total – comprehensively serving the firm’s legal clients across the country.
The three latest products, No Search, Search Validation, and Search Delay, have been created in response to client demand to streamline the new build conveyancing process, where buyers are often expected to conclude within short timescales. And it’s yet another example of Prosperity responding to the needs and wishes of its customers.
Speaking on the latest development, Prosperity Insurance Business Development Manager, Darren Parfitt said:
“We’re continually asking our clients for feedback – and the most frequent response we get is the request for new policies. Our conveyancing indemnities are incredibly popular with firms across the country, so it made perfect sense to extend these to new build transactions as well as existing residential.
But as well as our partner firms, we’d like to raise awareness of these policies within the new build housing industry too. Search indemnities are a cost-effective and simple way to drastically shorten the length of time it takes to complete – which we understand is important, not only to those buying property, but to the housebuilders themselves.”
Prosperity Insurance is regularly praised by its customers for its unrivalled, personalised service. In relation to conveyancing, clients are delighted by the features of Prosperity’s products and service that keep transactions fast and simple. The easy-to-use portal offers clients who are registered on the system with a quote in seconds and a policy in minutes, with a dedicated account manager on hand if pressed for time. Similarly, each policy is designed with minimal reporting requirements to lessen the burden on solicitors as the transaction continues and eventually completes. With the policies in place, solicitors (and their clients) can easily continue with the transaction; it’s often a much-needed solution to meet necessary deadlines in the fast-paced world of property sales.
The team at Prosperity would be delighted to speak to Sales Development Managers, Conveyancing Solicitors, and Estate Agents within the new build housing industry about these policies.
